A family cottage that still suits two
Sunberry sits above Brixham’s colourful harbour, with water views from the dining room, the main bedroom, the top-floor twin and the terrace.
The cottage is arranged over four floors. The ground floor has the well-stocked kitchen, the dining room and a WC. Stairs lead down to a generous sitting room with sofas, a piano, full-size table football and doors on to the terrace.
Upstairs are the sea-view main bedroom with its own single-bed area, a double bedroom, a twin room and the family bathroom. It is large enough for a family gathering without feeling impersonal for a couple.
Inside, it is a comfortable, traditional family home: clean, warm and well equipped, and looked after by the family who own it.

Stairs
Four floors, with stairs between them all. Sunberry will not suit anyone who cannot manage stairs.
Walking into town
The harbour is under 10 minutes downhill. The walk back is uphill.
Pets
Sunberry does not accept pets. Sealark welcomes dogs.
Arrival
Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 10am. Arrival time can be changed by prior agreement. Self check-in is available.

Sorry, Sunberry does not accept pets. Sealark, our other cottage, welcomes well-behaved dogs.
Yes. There is a large, secure parking area opposite the house with space for up to three cars. Room for a boat or trailer may be possible by arrangement.
Probably not. The cottage is on four floors and the walk back from the harbour is uphill. Please call us to talk it through before you book.
Yes. A cot is available and there are child safety measures on the stairs, but with several flights of stairs young children need close watching.

Sunberry is high enough to command its view, yet the harbour, restaurants and shops are a short walk downhill. Battery Gardens and the path to Fishcombe Cove are at the end of the road.
